Welcome to my February art studio update! As you know, I moved into my art studio in November of last year, just down the hall from F1VEart Studio & Gallery.
Reflections on My New Space
In December, I took time to reflect on how my new studio would fit into my life. January brought further contemplation. I considered the implications of creating in not just one, but two distinct spaces. Balancing two studio practices raised many questions for me. How could I nurture my artistic practice in both studios? Would I maintain a sense of continuity in my work, or would the transition between two studios disrupt my creative flow?
One Day at a Time
I realized that the key to my creativity lies in a philosophy I strive to embody every day: the principle of living one day at a time. This approach encourages mindfulness and presence. It helps me focus on the tasks and experiences of the current moment, without becoming overwhelmed by the bigger picture. Adopting this mindset allows me to treat each day as a unique opportunity. I can explore and express my artistic vision, regardless of which studio I occupy.
My art studio is not merely a physical space; it is a sanctuary for growth and self-discovery. Each moment I spend in either studio is meaningful to my creative journey. This step on my path feels expansive.

As I navigated through the past few months, this approach has helped me cultivate a deeper connection with my art. Instead of rushing through projects, I'm focusing on the joy of creation itself. Each day becomes an exploration, a chance to experiment with new techniques, ideas, and materials.
Exciting Opportunities Ahead
I'm thrilled to share that being immersed in creativity also leads to new opportunities. My art studio acts as a catalyst for collaboration and inspiration. I'm excited about upcoming exhibitions that showcase my work.
